At The Restaurant HumleLiret.

We at Restaurang HumleLiret have the possibility to accommodate students who are studying gastronomy to do their professional internships with us. These internships are about two to four months and the students have the chance to be part of the staff and work side to side with the chef and the brew master of Klövsjö Gårdsbryggeri.

Creativity

The refurbished barn combines state-of-the-art kitchen equipment with many of the more traditional-bound rituals of cooking. The constant need to renew and improve a classic craft is well-known in the restaurant’s direction.

Passion

We share our passion for cooking through the innovative dishes that can be found on the menu. Our style is about conversion of different recipes with local ingredients and influences from Swedish and Latin American cooking techniques.

Our vision is to always put the customer at the core and never ever waive either ingredients, service or the ambition to serve what we consider being the highest quality products.

Level

• Students in their 6th or 8th semester of university
• 80 % English

Skills

• High level of skills with the knife and good knowledge of the modern techniques as well as the basic knowledge in bakery and pastry
• Good presentation and self hygiene
